Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy At Wake & Move, we value your time and are committed to providing you with excellent service. To ensure that all of our clients receive the attention they deserve, we have implemented the following Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy. 1. Late Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 notice. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may need an appointment. Cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 0% the appointment cost. Cancellations made after 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or failing to show up will result in a 100% charge of the appointment cost. 2. No-Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a No-Show. If you are more than 20 min late for appt this will be considered a no show A 100% charge of the appointment cost will apply.
