  • Day 7: Active recovery (yoga, walking, or mobility work)

Week 3-4: Increase Endurance

  • Day 1: 30-minute run or bike at a steady pace

  • Day 2: Strength training + short cardio finisher

  • Day 3: 35-minute moderate effort workout (hiking, swimming, or cycling)

  • Day 4: Rest or assisted stretch therapy

  • Day 5: 40-minute interval session (run 3 min, walk 1 min)

  • Day 6: Strength training with focus on legs & core

  • Day 7: Long, slow distance session (walk or jog for 45+ minutes)
